About the position

The Product Manager for Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) will serve as a key strategic consultant and business owner for clients, focusing on their unique business requirements and guiding technical consultants to achieve strategic goals related to digital strategies involving Adobe Experience Cloud. This role involves prioritizing use cases, managing agile ceremonies, and ensuring best practices in implementation while supporting various stakeholders throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Act as the business owner and key strategic consultant for clients.
• Identify key business impacting use cases and prioritize them to build a roadmap for solutions.
• Gather and groom functional and non-functional requirements for design and engineering teams.
• Own and run agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Work closely with technical consultants to ensure implementation best practices are followed.
• Gather, document, and guide KPIs and how to measure them.
• Support internal technical consultants, client's developers, and third parties throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

• 13-15 years of relevant experience with at least 5-6 years as a platform product owner/platform product manager.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in digital analytics, with at least 4-5 years focused on Adobe Analytics and AJO.
• 5-6 years of experience in coaching and building Agile teams.
• Knowledgeable on data collection, data extraction, and analysis.
• AJO Business Practitioner certified (preferred if sufficient experience is demonstrated).
• Certification/experience in AEP, AA, and other related Adobe platforms is a bonus.
• Industry certifications related to Product Management such as CSPO/Safe POPM are preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.
