You will be responsible for the success of the CRM and other internal in-house system applications, building a roadmap, and providing feature development recommendations through data-driven analysis and user insights. In this role, you will act as a consultant to business partners, influencing process optimization and policy decisions. You will drive the development of innovative solutions and work with a wide range of key decision-makers, cross-functional partners, and engineering teams to achieve business outputs. Your ability to develop and deliver innovative custom solutions will be crucial, as you introduce concepts and roadmaps to senior management to address their business issues and needs. Earning the trust of engineering teams through strong technical acumen and detailed PRDs will be essential, as will your commitment to making data-driven decisions that influence both technical and business partners.
