About the position

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. As a Product Manager on the Ads CRM team, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the potential of TikTok's in-house CRM, which spans the entire sales journey from lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-revenue, and customer success. This position involves collaborating with global sales teams, strategy, and operations to drive business outcomes and support global business needs. You will be responsible for the success of the CRM and other internal in-house system applications, building a roadmap, and providing feature development recommendations through data-driven analysis and user insights. In this role, you will act as a consultant to business partners, influencing process optimization and policy decisions. You will drive the development of innovative solutions and work with a wide range of key decision-makers, cross-functional partners, and engineering teams to achieve business outputs. Your ability to develop and deliver innovative custom solutions will be crucial, as you introduce concepts and roadmaps to senior management to address their business issues and needs. Earning the trust of engineering teams through strong technical acumen and detailed PRDs will be essential, as will your commitment to making data-driven decisions that influence both technical and business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Owner of the success of the CRM and other internal inhouse system applications
  • Build a roadmap and provide feature development recommendations through data-driven analysis and user insights
  • Provide a strong point of view as a consultant to business partners to affect process optimization and policy decisions
  • Drive the development of innovative solutions and influence a wide breadth of key decision makers, cross-functional partners, and engineering to achieve business output
  • Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, introducing concepts and roadmaps to key decision makers and senior management to address their business issues and needs
  • Earn the trust of engineering teams through a strong technical acumen, detailed PRDs that clearly articulate decision making, and data-driven analysis

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience building highly technical and complex solutions in a startup or for CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong sense of ownership and initiative with a track record of pushing teams to drive projects that result in tangible business outcomes at scale
  • Expert in system architecture design, data modeling, and technical product documentation
  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and demonstrated success in collaboration with multiple cross-functional and global teams to launch products
  • Prioritizing business users with a relentless commitment to user needs and experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Extensive experience with ad platforms or the media industry
  • Built scalable solutions for consumption based pricing models and product led growth organizations
  • Deep sales domain experience in Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Revenue, or Customer Success platforms
