About the position

The Apple Store Online Product Management team is seeking a dedicated Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of Apple Affordability Program experiences. This role is pivotal in enhancing the online store offerings, particularly focusing on financing options, trade-in experiences, and other affordability initiatives tailored to meet the diverse needs of Apple's global customer base. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with various business partners and engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of these programs, driving initiatives that resonate with local market demands and customer demographics. In this position, you will be responsible for driving Apple Affordability programs across global markets, ensuring that the offerings are relevant and accessible to customers. You will work closely with teams in Commercial Programs, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Legal to define and implement a seamless end-to-end program experience. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams, making decisions through a customer experience lens, and tracking progress against key performance indicators that align with broader retail strategies. Moreover, you will contribute to fostering an inclusive environment by respecting diverse perspectives and demonstrating a curiosity to learn from others. Your efforts will not only enhance the customer experience but also support Apple's mission to provide innovative solutions that empower customers to engage with the brand in meaningful ways.

Responsibilities
