About the position

The Enterprise Authentication Product Manager at Truist Bank plays a crucial role in shaping the client authentication strategy and defining solutions in collaboration with product owners and delivery teams. This position involves balancing business, technology, and design priorities to deliver exceptional product and service experiences while managing KPIs and client feedback. The Product Manager is responsible for developing a strategic delivery roadmap that aligns with business goals and works at both strategic and tactical levels to drive product development and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Research, analyze, and learn about a target client segment to understand their financial needs.
  • Analyze the market and competitive environment to define a differentiated product vision.
  • Collaborate with partners to align on strategy and develop a delivery roadmap.
  • Engage key stakeholders in the planning and execution of projects.
  • Write epics and features in support of the defined roadmap.
  • Set Planning Increment (PI) vision and partner with product owners on feature prioritization.
  • Develop feature backlog roadmap, leading high-level deliverables including discovery and usability studies.
  • Obtain partner alignment and approvals including legal and compliance.
  • Partner to set pricing and ensure billing processes are followed.
  • Create and track product metrics to inform strategy and roadmap.
  • Work with Readiness to create client and teammate facing content.
  • Ensure all Product Management Lifecycle (PML) processes are followed and support risk presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field; or equivalent experience.
  • Five or more years of banking, financial services, or relevant work experience.
  • Three or more years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience.
  • Three or more years of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience defining/driving vision of experience programs.
  • Proven ability to use data analytics to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent skills in presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience working as a Product Manager for Agile teams.
  • Experience working with distributed teams (onshore/offshore).
  • Certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager.
