About the position

NVIDIA is seeking a technical and creative Product Manager to lead the development of next-generation AI-based Developer Tools. This role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to define and develop proof of concepts, influence tool direction, and ensure customer success in utilizing NVIDIA's accelerated computing stack. The position requires a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment, focusing on understanding customer workflows, gathering feedback, and promoting customer needs through feature prioritization and market analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Developer Tools leadership and partners to define and develop proof of concepts for new initiatives.
  • Gather feedback, feature requests, and bugs from Lighthouse customers to enhance their success.
  • Collaborate with engineering to prioritize features across roadmaps based on customer needs.
  • Build surveys and present at conferences to understand product quality and prioritize critical bugs.
  • Collect and track KPI insights and conduct market analysis to inform product adjustments.
  • Analyze competitors to identify differentiation opportunities and added value for customers.
  • Work with marketing to define product positioning and create technical content such as blog posts and webinars.
  • Define the go-to-market strategy and guide cross-functional implementation across the team.
  • Educate and engage in technical discussions with engineers and developers as a power user of the tools.

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of technical product management or similar experience in a technology company.
  • Hands-on experience building AI systems or technical knowledge of model benchmarking and optimization pipelines.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and public communication skills, able to articulate value propositions to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment with engineering teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with software development lifecycles and programming on large code bases.
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA technologies such as CUDA and developer tools.
  • Demonstrated initiative and determination in achieving results with a record of accomplishments.
  • Leadership or active participation in standards bodies or communities, with research publications or contributions to open source.
