About the position

Amazon Grocery Logistics is seeking an organized, action-oriented, and experienced Product Manager to work in our omni-channel space. In this role, you will develop and manage a roadmap of features, which includes business requirement development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and user training. It is essential to ensure that all activities are completed on a timely basis to the highest possible standards, guaranteeing a positive customer experience with each new implementation from day one. You will have the exciting opportunity to work on one of Amazon's most ambitious and complex efforts to deliver a seamless experience across Amazon channels. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with technical, supply chain, business, and operations teams to address non-standard and unique business problems. Your creative problem-solving skills will be crucial in delivering actionable outputs. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and possesses strong attention to detail. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong sense of business judgment, as you will strive to drive real-world business, operational, and technology decisions rather than merely producing numbers. You will operate independently across functional boundaries and develop a healthy obsession with understanding our customers and the unique challenges of our fulfillment model in providing services that meet their needs. Key responsibilities include working on product strategy, business requirements, and testing plans for new features. You will lead the testing and launch process, ensuring that the service meets its goals during the ramp-up phase. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying gaps and pain points from supply chain teams and turning them into feature requests during the OP1 planning cycle. It is crucial to ensure that business priorities, tech capabilities, and operational capabilities (technology, resources, building readiness) are aligned. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to track deliverables and orchestrate weekly/monthly stakeholder meetings. Furthermore, you will improve processes by presenting post-mortems to stakeholders and implementing lessons learned.
