Product Manager, Analytics

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with all product verticals and their product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure a cohesive platform experience.
• Lead the Analytics platform and services across Lattice working with your pod.
• Lead the prioritization and development of your product's roadmap to drive impact.
• Synthesize customer feedback to identify pain points and deeply understand their problems.
• Partner with leadership across Engineering, Product, and Design organizations to develop the analytics platform on common primitives with high degrees of product interoperability.
• Form strong cross-functional relationships across the organization, including with Go-to-market partners.
• Deliver on product and business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in product management
• Great analytics insights and a strong interest in solving data problems
• Proven track record of supporting high-performing teams with a history of developing products with best-in-class customer experiences
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then doing it
• Experience overseeing the product decision-making process across multiple teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Professional experience with developing frontend experiences for multi-product, B2B SaaS applications
• A technical degree.
