About the position

The candidate will support the QTI Test Tools hardware platform products, collaborating with both local and international teams. The role focuses on enhancing customer experience and implementing new strategies to improve customer support while reducing the support burden on other teams. The candidate will also be responsible for creating various hardware platform documentation to facilitate customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Support the QTI Test Tools hardware platform products in collaboration with local and international teams.
  • Identify potential improvements to customer experience and implement new support strategies.
  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team to produce hardware platform documentation such as product briefs, overview documents, and user guides.
  • Onboard new customers and provide training on Qualcomm's test platforms.
  • Directly support customers, preferably using Salesforce case system.

Requirements

  • Experience in software testing, particularly in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage customer support tasks.
  • Product support or product management experience.
  • Prior experience in testing Modem, Systems, or Software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital telecommunications concepts including 5G/4G/3G, IMS, and legacy technologies.
  • Linux system administration experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Android HLOS compilation and debugging.
