About the position

The Product Manager for Benefits Products at Rippling will oversee the development and scaling of Rippling's Native Benefits Products, which include healthcare and finance solutions aimed at helping employers and employees navigate healthcare payments and compliance. The role involves improving existing products and launching new ones, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration to create market-leading benefits products.

Responsibilities

• Own part of the suite of existing Rippling Native Benefits products
• Drive identification, hiring, launch, and scaling for new 0-to-1 benefits products
• Scale current products to support tens of millions of employees
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams to develop scalable benefits products.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of Product Management experience
• Self-starter with a bias towards action
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with both 0-to-1 product launches and scaling products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience building regulated products in healthcare and/or fintech
• Founder or hypergrowth startup experience is a strong plus
• Mobile product experience is a plus
