About the position

As the Product Manager for Chat & Bots at Front, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Chat product suite, including the GenAI Chatbot and Live Chat product. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and goals based on customer insights, market research, and business objectives.
  • Prioritize product roadmap, define product requirements, and lead development process from concept to launch in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively with and drive alignment among key stakeholders across the organization, including executives, engineering & design teams, sales, and marketing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management or related roles in a technology-driven environment.
  • Execution-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work streams.
  • Customer empathy to champion customer needs and ship product improvements.
  • Impact-driven understanding of how work drives business impact and ability to lead teams to focus on high-impact work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
