About the position

The Product Manager, Connected Care Innovation at Cochlear is responsible for executing product management activities for software solutions that support the Nucleus and Acoustics product portfolios. This role involves managing the commercialization and lifecycle of connected care solutions, working closely with the Senior Product Manager and product management teams. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence two days a week and remote work for the remaining days.

Responsibilities

• Execute product management activities for software solutions supporting the Nucleus and Acoustics product portfolios.
• Manage the commercialization and lifecycle of connected care solutions.
• Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager of Connected Care and product management teams.
• Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to inform product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, or related discipline).
• 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
