About the position

The Product Manager for Content Moderation at Twitch is responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies that enhance community health by ensuring effective content moderation and user reporting tools. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to create a product roadmap that meets user needs and optimizes the Twitch experience. The position requires strong technical judgment and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a customer-focused product strategy for Community Health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute a product roadmap.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to identify pain points and build relevant features.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze metrics to measure the impact of feature releases and drive optimization.
• Contribute to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and product strategy.
• Collaborate with other teams at Twitch and Amazon to enhance safety tooling and content moderation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, particularly in building consumer products.
• Proven track record of launching products with measurable results in Trust and Safety or Enterprise SaaS.
• Experience in developing and setting metrics for product success.
• Ability to drive clarity while balancing multiple perspectives and stakeholders.
• Comfortable addressing ambiguous technical problems in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts.

Nice-to-haves

• MS or MBA in a technology or business-related field.
• Experience in software development or engineering.
• Familiarity with Twitch as a viewer or creator.
