About the position

The Product Manager for Content Moderation at Twitch is responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies that enhance community health by ensuring effective content moderation and user reporting tools. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to create solutions that protect users and improve their experience on the platform, ultimately supporting Twitch's mission to empower live communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a customer-focused product strategy for Community Health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute a product roadmap.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify pain points and ensure the right features are built.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze metrics to measure the impact of feature releases and drive optimization.
• Contribute to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and strategy.
• Collaborate with other teams at Twitch and Amazon to enhance safety tooling and content moderation experience.
• Own product launches by partnering with engineering, marketing, and other teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience as a Product Manager, particularly in consumer products.
• Proven track record of launching products with tangible results in Trust and Safety or Enterprise SaaS.
• Experience in developing and setting metrics for product success.
• Ability to drive clarity while balancing multiple perspectives and stakeholders.
• Comfortable with ambiguous technical problems and working closely with engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in drawing insights from ambiguous data.

Nice-to-haves

• MS or MBA in a technology or business-related field.
• Experience in software development or engineering.
• Familiarity with Twitch as a viewer or creator.
