About the position

The Product Manager - Content Moderation role at Twitch focuses on enhancing community health by developing and executing product strategies that protect users from harm. This position involves leading initiatives related to content moderation and user reporting, ensuring a safe and engaging experience for millions of users. The role requires collaboration with various teams to create tools that meet user needs and improve overall safety on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a customer-focused product strategy for Community health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute a product roadmap.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify pain points and build relevant features.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze metrics to measure the impact of feature releases and drive optimization.
• Contribute to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and strategy.
• Collaborate with other teams at Twitch and Amazon to enhance safety tooling and content moderation experience.
• Own product launches by partnering with engineering, marketing, and other teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience as a Product Manager, with experience building consumer products.
• Strong track record of launching products with tangible results in the Trust and Safety or Enterprise SaaS space.
• Experience with developing and setting metrics for success in the product space.
• Ability to drive clarity while balancing multiple perspectives and stakeholders.
• Comfortable diving into ambiguous technical problems and working closely with engineering teams.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Experience drawing relevant insights from ambiguous data.

Nice-to-haves

• MS or MBA in a technology or business related field.
• Experience working in software development or engineering.
• Familiarity with Twitch, either as a viewer or creator.
