About the position

As a Product Manager - Conversational AI at ChatBotz.ai, you will lead the development and success of innovative chatbot solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and vision for Conversational AI solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities in the Conversational AI space.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market demand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the AI or Conversational AI industry.
• Strong knowledge of Conversational AI technologies, including NLP and ML.
• Familiarity with chatbot platforms, frameworks, and tools.
• Excellent analytical skills to translate complex technical concepts into product requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
