About the position

The Product Manager for CPS at F.N.B. Corp. is responsible for setting strategies and goals for assigned products within Treasury Management, Merchant Services, or Commercial Card. This role involves monitoring product performance and coordinating activities across various departments to ensure efficient and high-quality product delivery. The Product Manager will work closely with sales teams and clients to develop solutions and enhance existing services, while also supporting senior management in product-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and manages assigned product(s) to ensure profitability, marketability and highest quality.
• Sets strategies and goals for assigned product(s).
• Identifies training content for both internal and external needs and works with training resources to implement/deliver.
• Evaluates existing products to ensure competitiveness, identifies new product opportunities and recommends enhancements.
• Monitors and evaluates product profitability and recommends actions for improvements as necessary.
• Supports sales staff in the sale of assigned product(s).
• Works with Sales team on developing solutions for more complex client situations.
• Works with clients directly as assigned.
• Supports Senior Product Manager(s) and Director of Treasury Management Product as assigned.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BA or BS).
• Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience.
• Experience in general banking.
• Knowledge of commercial banking and Treasury Management, Merchant Services or Commercial Card.
• Experience in vendor management.
