About the position

The Product Manager for CRM, Workflow, and AI Automation at MetLife is responsible for enhancing the capabilities of these systems within the U.S. Group Benefits division. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet customer needs and drive product delivery using Agile methodologies. The PM will set the vision, build roadmaps, and prioritize features to ensure business value and customer satisfaction, while also managing relationships with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance CRM, workflow, and AI capabilities for U.S. Group Benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions and manage customer needs.
  • Drive product delivery within an Agile framework.
  • Set the vision and build roadmaps for product development.
  • Prioritize features to ensure business value and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage relationships with insurance product leaders, sales, and market leadership.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for customer experience enhancements.
  • Define objectives and key results (OKRs) for the Agile Release Train (ART).
  • Maintain a well-defined backlog of features prioritized based on strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience in product management within a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer and business needs.
  • Ability to identify applicable technology solutions.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe Agile.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is strongly recommended.
