In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in translating our product vision and strategy into tangible results. This involves managing the product roadmap and collaborating with various functional teams, including sales, service, operations, technology, legal, and marketing. The position demands significant interaction with technology and clients, as well as engagement with industry organizations. You will hold decision-making authority over the development and direction of our Data Aggregation and Business Intelligence products. Our team is composed of high-performing individuals who meet in person to foster learning and collaboration as needed. This role is classified as hybrid, meaning you will be assigned to a Broadridge office while also having the flexibility to work remotely. As a Product Manager, you will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Aggregation and Business Intelligence products. You will scope, solution, and coordinate the development of features that promote scalable growth and automation. Additionally, you will develop and maintain a comprehensive product management process, guiding products from discovery to launch. Your responsibilities will include conducting requirements gathering and continuously identifying improvements for products in development or production. This ensures that Fi360 solutions effectively support existing customers and deliver value to new ones. You will also support go-to-market activities aimed at driving revenue growth and user acquisition through the introduction of new features, product marketing guidance, and sales support as a subject matter expert. As the agile Product Owner for our Data development, you will oversee various work categories, including investment data processing, provider data file transformations (ETLs), enterprise investment scoring systems, and BI infrastructure and automation. Furthermore, you will serve as the primary escalation point for any data-related support inquiries that the support team cannot address. Collaboration with other product managers across Broadridge will be essential to identify synergies within Fi360, Data & Analytics, Wealth, and other relevant business units.
