This role will act as a strategic bridge between business and Tech/Data worlds. It will leverage business domain understanding, D&A expertise, and Product Management skills to define and agree on vision and roadmaps for individual D&A products such as the Factory Integration Layer, transformative AI use cases, and Master Data Management for the Manufacturing & Engineering businesses. In this position, you will work closely with the Director of Data and AI Product Management, and business stakeholders (at both our factories and in central teams) to identify opportunities, assess value, prioritize work, and define requirements. You will collaborate with product owners, Tech & Data experts, and business representatives to design, deliver, embed, and support high-quality D&A solutions. Day-to-day, you will utilize your data analytics, business domain, and product management expertise to define and refine D&A product visions, strategies, and roadmaps to drive the design and delivery of high-quality D&A solutions that enable the company to achieve its objectives. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing an annual budgetary spend as you work with up to 15 third-party data/tech specialists. You will understand the needs, business processes, and data requirements of customer groups and users, managing key business relationships for your D&A products. By combining business understanding with knowledge of established and emerging D&A capabilities, you will identify and cultivate D&A use cases from ideas into potential D&A products. You will create clear and compelling D&A Product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver value across the Product lifecycle in line with strategies and priorities of customers. You will think and act with agility, using experimentation, user demos, and other sources of rapid feedback to iteratively refine the D&A Product Roadmap and backlog throughout the Product lifecycle. Additionally, you will own the D&A Product backlog and actively participate in quarterly and sprint planning to ensure the development team's work is appropriately prioritized based on value, cost, dependencies, and other relevant factors. You will oversee a development team of internal and external D&A experts, enabling them to be effective by ensuring they have clear requirements to design and deliver against, making timely decisions, and working with customers and other Product teams to reduce dependencies and remove blockers. Engaging with the D&A Architecture team and others, you will ensure D&A Product technical design aligns with target architecture and established standards, confirming delivery from the development team meets the business requirements and creates the expected value in line with business KPIs. Ensuring overall quality and compliance of D&A Products, including GxP Validation if required, will also be part of your responsibilities. Finally, you will coach and guide the wider product team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
