About the position

The Product Manager for the Data, Digital & Technology Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) at Takeda Pharmaceuticals is responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of the LIMS designed for managing blood plasma testing from donor collection centers across the US and EU. This strategic role involves collaboration with the Delivery Lead to ensure successful global deployment, focusing on product vision, strategy, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the vision and strategy for the LIMS product, emphasizing successful implementation across US and EU labs.
• Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and integration requirements to meet diverse needs internationally.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Lead to plan and execute LIMS implementation across US and EU laboratories, ensuring alignment with local and global requirements.
• Adapt implementation plans to meet specific regional needs and challenges.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and their application in blood plasma testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain product roadmaps and strategies.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to laboratory operations.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) would be a plus.
