About the position

As a Digital Product Manager for Plasma-Derived Therapies at Takeda, you will play a crucial role in supporting product delivery within the company's portfolio. This position is responsible for ensuring that products provide strong customer and business value propositions. You will work closely with product teams and business stakeholders to define capability roadmaps, calculate business value, and manage product teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Understand user needs and collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to define technology roadmaps.
  • Prioritize product backlog and recommend features for future development stages.
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle and determine specifications for features and requirements.
  • Prepare materials such as product roadmaps and specifications for stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure new capabilities meet acceptance criteria.
  • Work with stakeholders to define the business value of initiatives and track success metrics.
  • Execute prioritized feature roadmap and product performance metrics.
  • Create user stories, epics, and themes with defined acceptance criteria for development.
  • Maintain and manage user stories and backlog effectively.
  • Lead meetings to educate leadership on roadmaps and project plans.
  • Collaborate with engineers to build detailed requirement stories and define phased execution of requirements.
  • Support the development of a deep understanding of customer needs and manage product teams effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of IT experience with a bachelor's degree or 5 years of IT experience without a bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
  • Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.).
  • Experience in planning and managing all phases of product development.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer-facing industry.
