About the position

The Digital Product Manager for Plasma-Derived Therapies at Takeda Pharmaceuticals plays a crucial role in supporting product delivery within the company's portfolio. The role involves collaborating with product teams and business stakeholders to define capability roadmaps, calculate business value, and manage product teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Understand user needs and collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to define technology roadmaps.
• Perform product backlog prioritization and recommend features for future product development stages.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle and determine specifications for features and requirements.
• Prepare materials such as product roadmaps, presentations, and specifications for stakeholder communication.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure new capabilities meet defined acceptance criteria.
• Work with business stakeholders to define the value of initiatives and establish quantifiable success metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience with a bachelor's degree or 5 years of IT experience without a bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.).
• Experience in planning and managing all phases of product development, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, development, testing, and application support.
• Ability to write and speak in English.
