About the position
The Product Manager for Deposit Products & Platforms at UBS plays a crucial role in transforming the firm into a digital organization by managing and delivering strategic change initiatives. This position involves collaborating with various teams to enhance banking capabilities, focusing on customer-centric solutions, and ensuring effective implementation of new business initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, development, and design teams to write user stories, refine them, and complete user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide subject matter expertise in deposits, data management, and reporting strategies related to payments.
- Follow agile methodology to manage and deliver a complex book of work across features and controls.
- Support data governance initiatives for building data lineage and establishing data quality checks for control functions.
- Collaborate with testing teams to build test strategies and conduct end-to-end testing of control functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as a product owner for leading complex business transformation initiatives.
- Ability to manage the book of work using agile methodology.
- Experience in writing detailed functional requirement documents and use cases.
- Experience with digital strategies and IT platforms.
- Experience with system testing, end-to-end testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Understanding of Wealth Management and Banking products and services.
- Strong project organization skills and attention to detail.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
