About the position

The Product Manager for Desktop Services at Citi is a senior-level role responsible for developing product plans, strategies, and tactics within the Digital Workspace Services product portfolio. This position requires a strategic vision to guide product development, effective communication with business stakeholders, and the ability to manage product roadmaps and prioritize deliverables. The role focuses on enhancing the end-user experience and ensuring alignment with other products in the Desktop Portfolio while adhering to compliance and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage products within the End User Digital Workspace Services product portfolio, including Apple Mac, RPA, and Desktop.
• Partner with stakeholders such as engineering, security, marketing, and operations to drive product objectives.
• Lead the development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps and product marketing initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of products within the Desktop Portfolio and serve as the voice of the customer.
• Enhance end-user experience through data analysis and development of functional and business requirement documents.
• Resolve conflicts while managing multiple priorities and assess risks in business decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in product management or project/program management.
• Preferred experience in managing desktop environments (macOS or Linux) and IT infrastructure such as cloud & virtualization.
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate conversations with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated analytical skills to drive strategic business decisions.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
