About the position

The Product Manager for Digital and Marketing is responsible for the strategic development and organization of initiatives aimed at enhancing traffic, conversion, revenue growth, and profitability for online channels. This role involves collaboration with IT, Marketing, and non-eCommerce Client entities to create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with divisional sales goals and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Translate divisional sales goals and customer experience into a product roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain the product and feature roadmap for assigned areas.
  • Manage prioritization among user experience, technology, and marketing organizations.
  • Identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet goals.
  • Work closely with engineering and user interface designers to define product requirements.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts or Associate Product Managers.
  • Grow adoption and usage of the Client front end store business.
  • Identify and quantify customer segments with growth potential and develop strategies for targeting them.
  • Implement growth strategies by coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of existing functionality and pricing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in customer offerings.
  • Conduct business and financial analysis, including forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of product management experience in online technology or management strategy consulting, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in consumer-facing online commerce.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product marketing, product/program management, business development, or management consulting.
  • Experience in eCommerce areas such as Content Tools and Processes, Search & Browse, SEO/SEM, or Cart and Checkout.
  • Experience working with the product development lifecycle.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels.
  • Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues and trends.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies.
  • Experience identifying operational issues and recommending strategies to resolve them.
