About the position

The Sr Project Manager will lead digital payments and digital wallet focused projects, ensuring successful product initiatives from inception to implementation. This role requires collaboration with product and platform leads to develop business cases and align on vision and strategy, while promoting a culture of innovation within the department.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and platform leads to develop the business case and scope the work.
• Ensure alignment on vision and strategy for product initiatives.
• Plan and oversee product initiatives from inception to implementation in the digital banking area.
• Drive or assist in research and brainstorming sessions to promote innovation.
• Define structure for strategically critical initiatives and develop a comprehensive plan for successful product launch.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in the digital payments or digital wallet space.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience in the banking sector.
