About the position

The Product Manager at Centerfield will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies for key digital consumer brands. This role focuses on optimizing user experiences, driving revenue growth, and enhancing engagement across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to launch innovative products that align with business goals and improve conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop product strategy and vision for websites within our verticals.
  • Define and develop detailed business requirements and user stories.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and content to innovate, launch, and iterate quality products that drive high growth.
  • Improve growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs between different roadmap initiatives.
  • Own and manage product KPIs, monitoring performance and scaling successful wins.
  • Collaborate with other product team members and cross-functionally to build consensus on products in planning, development, and launch.

Requirements

  • At least 2-4 years of web product management experience, including conversion on B2C websites.
  • Proven success moving user metrics like conversion, engagement, and repeat visitation.
  • Hands-on knowledge and in-depth understanding of Agile product development methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use contextual data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Experience leading hybrid-remote teams with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience building reports in GA4.
  • Experience with affiliate network programs.
  • Experience using Tableau.
