About the position

The Product Manager (Digital / Content) role is focused on executing the digital product strategy for enhancing the digital experience for Guests or Cast members. This position involves translating strategic goals into actionable user stories and product documentation, leading feature development, and ensuring alignment across design and technology teams. The role also includes monitoring product performance and supporting ongoing enhancements to digital platforms such as mobile apps and websites.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and execute the digital product strategy for Guest or Cast experiences.
  • Translate the digital strategy into prioritized user stories, business requirements, and product documentation.
  • Assist in developing presentations to advocate for the digital strategy with Executive audiences and partners.
  • Lead and maintain feature development and backlog, attending daily scrums to drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks.
  • Ensure appropriate delivery of product requirements across the development lifecycle, partnering with design and technology teams.
  • Contribute to developing the go-to-market strategy for the digital Guest or Cast experience.
  • Support ongoing Guest and Cast experience by monitoring product performance and recommending enhancements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital product management experience (website/mobile).
  • Experience working with and managing digital content teams.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with various teams.
  • Ability to pivot quickly between changes and projects.
  • Possess analytical and quantitative skills to use data and metrics for decision-making.
