The Digital Engagement Product Manager at Freeman will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's engagement with virtual event products. This position is designed for a professional who is eager to collaborate closely with the Director of Digital Product Management and contribute to impactful projects that encompass both business strategy and product feature development. The responsibilities of the Digital Engagement Product Manager will span various aspects, including the development of responsive websites, mobile web applications, user experience enhancements, and the management of third-party engagement partnerships. In this role, the Digital Engagement Product Manager will ensure effective communication with the Director of Digital Product Management and product leadership across the global digital team. A comprehensive approach will be taken to identify and define customer needs, leading to the delivery of innovative product solutions. The manager will conduct competitive analyses, develop business cases, perform pricing analyses, and evaluate buy/build/partner strategies. This will be complemented by a go-to-market strategy that leverages feedback mechanisms to foster collaboration and drive rapid win/fail behaviors. The position requires driving cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, customers, and team members to achieve common goals. The Digital Engagement Product Manager will lead discussions, gather information, and generate ideas, concepts, and solutions. They will be responsible for providing insights into industry best practices and strategies that enhance value creation from both live and virtual marketing experiences. Working closely with Freeman's strategy, design, marketing, and creative teams, the manager will also collaborate with development teams to enhance customer engagement. Additionally, the Digital Engagement Product Manager will create and maintain product roadmaps, customer personas, journey maps, and process flows to effectively communicate product value. They will perform at a high level of visibility within the organization and with clients, driving excellence by integrating strategy and data-design practices into Freeman's design-thinking framework. This role will also involve identifying product vision, goals, objectives, and KPIs for digital products and services, while engaging clients to define new metrics of success that unlock greater value from investments in live and virtual mediums. The manager will establish strong relationships with third-party partners, leading the research and selection process, including contract negotiation and management. They will actively participate in application development processes, including daily stand-ups, user story grooming, release planning, and acceptance testing, while continuously gathering user feedback. Ongoing tracking and analysis of external customer needs will be essential, helping to prioritize these needs into specific minimum viable products and Agile user stories. The Digital Engagement Product Manager will also monitor market trends regarding current features and future digital product innovations, ensuring a deep understanding of the economics of Freeman's products and services to maximize profitability. Finally, they will own relationships with key customers, preferred partners, and cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities and drive growth, proactively solving problems and recommending options to ensure project success.
