Insight Global's client is seeking a strong Product Manager to oversee two key product lines within their Digital Financial Services Group. The primary products include the EBT Snap Program and an OTC (Over-the-Counter) Medicare program. This role is pivotal in maintaining the product roadmap and driving the products forward. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the products meet market needs. Given the cross-functional nature of the role, the Product Manager will work with various teams across the organization, despite not having a dedicated development team. The position combines elements of both Product and Program Management, as the individual will be responsible for managing the entire product launch process. This includes following up with stakeholders, asking pertinent questions, and seeking clarity on requirements. The ideal candidate will be confident and assertive, capable of engaging in discussions with large groups and presenting to stakeholders effectively. Initially, the Senior Product Manager will provide training and guidance, but the new hire will ultimately take ownership of the products and drive their success. As they become acclimated to the role, there is potential for them to manage additional products as well.
