About the position

The Digital Implementation Product Manager within RBC Capital Markets US Cash Management team is tasked with overseeing product management and ensuring digital implementation readiness. This role involves collaborating closely with various functional partners to deliver a seamless digital implementation experience for clients. The Product Manager will actively engage with stakeholders to facilitate solutions that enable frictionless digital implementations and will be responsible for executing the delivery of these solutions. In this position, the Product Manager will support the Product Strategy & Execution for US Cash Management Implementations, working in partnership with Product, Technology, and other cross-functional teams. The role requires close collaboration with core payments, sales, engineers, and scrum teams to effectively drive and support the digital implementation experience. The Product Manager will translate business needs into actionable requirements and ensure these are driven through to delivery and deployment. Acting as the voice of the user, the Product Manager will gather direct feedback from customers to inform future digital implementation user experiences. This role also involves developing implementation process manuals and conducting internal user training as necessary. The Product Manager will propose and implement innovations aimed at optimizing end-to-end journeys, ensuring that the implementation deliverables are met throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to enable solutions for frictionless digital implementations.
  • Support the Product Strategy & Execution for US Cash Management Implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including core payments, sales, engineers, and scrum teams.
  • Translate business needs into requirements and drive them through delivery and deployment.
  • Act as the voice of the user in product design, gathering feedback from customers.
  • Develop implementation process manuals and conduct internal user trainings as required.
  • Propose and implement innovations in optimizing end-to-end journeys.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product management experience in cash management business building client-facing tools and systems.
  • Strong execution skills and ability to operate in a fluid, rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong Product Management background with experience in agile environments.
  • Understanding of technical concepts and strong business acumen.
  • Strong command of digitizing implementation processes for enterprise clientele.
  • Experience in crafting user experience flows in tandem with backend processes/platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality end-to-end digital solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Corporate Banking and/or Transaction Banking.
