About the position

As a Product Manager (Digital Key) at Hilton, you will lead the development of innovative hotel access products that enhance guest experiences through mobile applications and property management systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the Digital Key roadmap, ensuring seamless integration with lock hardware and improving the overall digital experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Write and refine technical business requirements in collaboration with security and solution architecture teams.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the Digital Key experience for guests using mobile app integration and lock vendor SDKs.
• Collaborate with platform engineers, research, and design teams in an agile environment to deliver Digital Key enhancements.
• Drive the Hilton Welcome roadmap for Digital Key and Key Share within property management systems.
• Partner with third-party technologies to innovate key access and sharing solutions, including fraud prevention measures.
• Analyze property adoption of the Digital Key product and work with IT Field Services to expand international adoption.
• Work closely with design teams to create engaging mobile app experiences and property management tools.

Requirements

• Five years of professional experience in Product Management, Technology, Mobile App, Customer Experience, or a related field.
• Three years of experience in an agile or scrum environment writing user stories and gathering requirements.
• Experience working in a complex cross-functional matrix environment.
• Experience with fraud prevention capabilities and technology.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6 years of Technology-related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology-related experience.
• Experience with property management tools, key management systems, or lock hardware.
• Experience with hotel property management systems.
• Experience with PEP and OnQ, Hilton's property management systems.
• Experience with A/B testing and creating hypotheses that drive customer value.
• Experience with web analytics tools, such as the Adobe reporting suite.
