The Product Manager for Digital & Marketing is responsible for the strategic development and organization of new and existing initiatives aimed at enhancing traffic, conversion rates, revenue growth, and profitability for online channels. This role requires close collaboration with IT, Marketing, and non-eCommerce Client entities to ensure alignment with divisional sales goals and customer experience. The Product Manager will translate these goals into a logically sequenced and optimized product roadmap for key product areas, ensuring that the product and feature roadmap is maintained and prioritized effectively among user experience, technology, and central marketing organizations. In this position, the Product Manager will proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may hinder the team's ability to meet its strategic, financial, and technical objectives. This includes working closely with engineering technology teams and user interface designers to define detailed product requirements. The role also involves managing, mentoring, and developing a team of Business Analysts or Associate Product Managers, fostering their growth and ensuring they contribute effectively to the team's objectives. The Product Manager will focus on growing adoption and usage of the Client front-end store business by identifying and quantifying customer segments with significant growth potential. This involves developing business cases and strategies for targeting these segments and implementing growth strategies by coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver necessary changes. Additionally, the role requires measuring and analyzing the impact of existing functionalities, pricing, and merchandising strategies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement, and building strong internal relationships with technology, sales, user experience, and marketing teams to enhance the implementation of new strategies. Conducting business and financial analysis, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting, is also a key responsibility. The Product Manager will write well-informed business requirements based on data inputs, discussions with team members, and personal insights, refining these requirements through effective communication and collaboration with appropriate stakeholders.
