About the position

The Product Manager for Digital Marketing Enablement at IXL Learning will be responsible for designing a data pipeline that supports the marketing teams in executing multi-channel digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic understanding of digital marketing efforts and collaboration with various teams to enhance customer engagement and optimize marketing performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic understanding of IXL's digital marketing efforts and their importance to the business.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and email marketing teams to enhance customer outreach.
  • Analyze available data to understand its organization and enable targeted marketing.
  • Design solutions that meet business needs and align with broader strategies, providing detailed specifications.
  • Define approaches to address issues and opportunities, focusing on system integrations.
  • Design data stores and pipelines to optimize digital marketing performance and enable rapid experimentation.
  • Work with engineering to build and deploy a robust data pipeline for digital marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • Experience in multi-channel digital marketing enablement, particularly email marketing.
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL.
  • Understanding of data pipeline architecture and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Independent and highly motivated with a resourceful approach.
  • Extremely strong analytical skills for solving complex problems.
  • Curiosity, open-mindedness, and a positive attitude.
