About the position

The Product Manager for Digital Marketing Technology will oversee digital projects within the Financial Services sector, focusing on agile methodologies and marketing technology systems. This role requires collaboration with global teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of new digital features and functionalities, balancing user needs with strategic business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital projects across multiple teams, managing stakeholders, setting timelines, tracking project progress, resolving dependencies, and ensuring on-time delivery of key milestones.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories to align project outcomes with business goals.
  • Develop and oversee project governance models, including establishing Executive Sponsors, Core Team, Work-Stream Leads, and Key Stakeholders.
  • Conduct audits and post-project evaluations, organizing post-mortems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process optimizations.
  • Independently create user stories and manage them through the sprint cycle, including quality assurance, demos, and agile ceremonies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues with marketing technology platforms.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for projects, meetings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management or development.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable roadmaps and requirements, developing clear plans to meet those requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and drive projects forward.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies and experience with digital marketing technology tools and platforms.
  • Strong project management expertise, with knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to tailor messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles with a track record of delivering great digital experiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and JIRA.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Drupal/AEM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua).
  • Knowledge of ADA/WCAG accessibility standards is a plus.
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, pharmaceuticals) is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite is a plus.
