About the position

The Product Manager for Digital Restaurant Experience at Chipotle will lead the strategy and roadmap for digital products that enhance customer and crew experiences. This role involves collaboration with various teams to define features, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the successful execution of technology-driven initiatives that align with Chipotle's mission of providing better food access.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision and roadmap aligned with the Digital Restaurant Experience Strategy.
• Use data and market research to inform product roadmap and feature prioritization.
• Develop customer-centric product roadmap for digital experiences related to customer pickup and delivery.
• Define and author product features, partnering with Product Owners and Agile Development Teams.
• Manage relationships with technology vendor partners to leverage their capabilities effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on initiatives and execute quick turn POCs.
• Define and communicate product success criteria, KPIs, and desired outcomes.
• Partner with other Product Managers to ensure a cohesive digital experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2C ecommerce at a large-scale enterprise.
• Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and product design constraints.
• Strong relationship-building skills with RSC and Operations Leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of UX design, user flow, and wireframes.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the food industry or with restaurant technology solutions.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
