About the position

The Product Manager - Digital at Antech Diagnostics is responsible for leading the development and strategic direction of digital products aimed at enhancing customer experience within the veterinary care sector. This role involves creating impactful go-to-market plans, managing product roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission to improve pet health. The position requires a deep understanding of consumer technology products and the ability to empathize with user problems to drive product development from ideation to launch.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the digital product roadmap and product positioning.
  • Create and maintain marketing material and support campaigns.
  • Identify marketing opportunities and develop communication strategies.
  • Define the strategic direction consistent with Antech's mission.
  • Perform the Product Owner role in an Agile environment.
  • Represent the customer's experience in various forums.
  • Maintain backlog, user stories, and roadmaps.
  • Prepare and present various analyses as needed.
  • Build strategic and technical product roadmaps.
  • Partner with various departments to manage the PIMS experience.
  • Research competitor products and maintain competitive evaluations.
  • Assist in developing product profiles, competitive analysis, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate new idea reviews and recommendations, concept and design development, and market introduction.
  • Plan and lead efforts through all stages of the project and product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
  • Typically 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Agile trained and experienced.
  • General knowledge/experience of the healthcare and diagnostic industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical product management.
  • Solid reasoning and analytical skills for issue resolution and prioritization.
  • Solid financial management and analysis skills.
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Influencing skills to gain commitment and support for decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills; ability to explain product information to various audiences.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the veterinary care sector.
