About the position

The Product Manager for Digital TopView Sightseeing is a critical role responsible for driving the success of a diverse portfolio of products within the company. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong collaboration skills to develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities. The role involves working closely with various teams to ensure effective product lifecycle management and performance monitoring, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market opportunities.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with overall business goals.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements and define the product vision.
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and other teams to ensure business goals are met.
• Plan and oversee the launch of new products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development.
• Define success metrics, measure and analyze product performance for improvements, continuously increasing revenue and profit.
• Keep abreast of the competition, market trends, and technology advancements.
• Engage with users, customers, developers, and stakeholders during key phases of the product lifecycle to collect and analyze feedback.
• Manage the product's P&L, including budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience.
• Proven track record of driving product and business success.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong business acumen and revenue orientation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and process data to find insights and identify opportunities.
• Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with quick decision-making capabilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with superior quality standards.
• Strong project management skills.
