About the position

The eDiscovery Product Manager plays a crucial role in supporting an advanced eDiscovery team, facilitating thorough reviews of unstructured data for regulatory business units during investigations and legal discovery processes. This position focuses on the strategic deployment of RelativityOne features, managing the product roadmap, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders to enhance platform efficacy and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for RelativityOne features and eDiscovery solutions.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of business domains and applicable data sets to inform strategic decisions and feature enhancements.
• Assess current capabilities with business and technology partners to identify challenges and opportunities for increased functionality and user satisfaction.
• Implement product-led growth and user-centric best practices, managing change and prioritization to align with strategic goals.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, balancing user and stakeholder needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Engage with business, engineering, and vendor teams to clarify specifications, resolve issues, and streamline feature deployment.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop new business cases and ensure thorough progression through review phases to approval and implementation.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of eDiscovery processing tools and platforms, enhancing internal capabilities and external system integration.
• Drive data management and archive management initiatives.
• Collaborate with other product teams to evolve eDiscovery and Investigative workflows from data collection through production.

Requirements

• Advanced product management expertise, including agile methodologies and user empathy.
• Capacity to understand business processes while crafting clear visions, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Proficient in product refinement techniques, with skills in backlog management and a data-driven approach.
• Exceptional collaboration abilities across diverse business and technology teams.
• Experience with Financial Services and eDiscovery applications, particularly managing RelativityOne deployments.
• Knowledge of EDRM and matter lifecycle management is preferred.
• Understanding of Jira, AHA, and PowerBI is highly preferred.
