About the position

The Product Manager for the Electricity Portfolio at Honeywell will lead the introduction of new products in the energy sector, focusing on optimizing operations for utilities. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches that align with market needs and company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy for new product introductions aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams to create product roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams throughout the NPI process, ensuring alignment on milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation for product launches.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and pricing models.
• Plan and coordinate product launch activities, including sales training and customer education.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding NPI initiatives.
• Conduct post-launch reviews and analysis to evaluate NPI project success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Proven track record in customer discovery, NPD execution, and NPI acceleration.
• Experience in developing business case financials and creating offering roadmaps.
• Strong project management skills and market analysis capabilities.
