About the position

The Product Manager will be responsible for creating and managing the product roadmap for the Customer Marketing team, focusing on understanding customer needs and competitive landscape. This role requires a blend of product management and development experience, particularly in B2B marketing technology and omnichannel retail, to successfully launch new product features and drive results through collaboration and effective leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a product roadmap for the Customer Marketing team.
• Define, design, and drive the development and management of customer marketing experiences and technology features.
• Facilitate collaboration with key stakeholders across the business and external vendors.
• Define and benchmark KPIs for business case development and prioritization.
• Collaborate with product managers, solutions architects, and enterprise support functions for quality integration.
• Develop and manage the roadmap balancing enhancements and strategic technology needs.
• Continuously monitor and report on KPIs for opportunities to innovate and improve.
• Define business requirements, write user stories, and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Partner with Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testers to ensure product meets objectives.
• Perform pre/post-launch analysis to measure and report on product performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 3-6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B marketing technology or CRM systems.
• 3-6+ years of Product Development experience for consumer-facing websites or digital products.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize objectives.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting and influencing outcomes.
• Ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external partners.
• Deep technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineers.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in JIRA or similar tools.
• Experience with Agile methodology and principles.
• Experience in data analytics tools.
