About the position

The position at FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is focused on managing the single-use device portfolio, encompassing both upstream and downstream activities. This strategic role requires collaboration across various internal departments and external stakeholders to drive product commercialization and enhance market share. The individual will be instrumental in executing long-term strategic plans, conducting market assessments, and fostering relationships with key opinion leaders and sales teams to ensure the successful adoption of Fujifilm's medical devices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of Fujifilm's device portfolios, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support and drive 3-5 year strategic plans for the single-use endoscopy device portfolio.
  • Lead market assessment, commercialization, and product life cycle activities.
  • Support downstream initiatives such as product launches and demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and support new product development.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive adoption and commercial success.
  • Provide clinical, technical, and market knowledge in the product franchise.
  • Engage in future pipeline discussions with product management and marketing teams.
  • Assist in managing trade show participation and execution of events.
  • Provide technical assistance to healthcare professionals and internal staff.
  • Support training on product operations and reprocessing requirements.
  • Develop tactics to promote clinical and economic benefits of Fujifilm technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of work experience in product management or product marketing.
  • 3 years of medical device experience, preferably in GI/Flexible endoscopy.
  • Strong results-oriented focus with the ability to identify goals and resolve issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales and marketing data and prepare detailed reports.
  • Effective presentation skills to internal and external customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the medical device industry, particularly in endoscopy.
  • Familiarity with clinical and technology trends in the medical field.
