About the position

The Product Manager for Endoscopic Devices at FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is a strategic role responsible for managing the single-use device portfolio. This position involves both upstream and downstream activities, requiring collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to execute company initiatives and manage product commercialization. The role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction of the product line, enhancing market share, and ensuring successful product launches and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of Fujifilm's device portfolios, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support and drive 3-5 year strategic plans for the single-use endoscopy device portfolio.
  • Lead market assessment, commercialization, and product lifecycle activities.
  • Support downstream initiatives such as product launches and demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and sales teams.
  • Provide clinical, technical, and market knowledge for product franchises.
  • Collaborate with global marketing and R&D to share best practices.
  • Assist in managing trade show participation and execution.
  • Provide technical assistance to healthcare professionals and internal staff.
  • Support training on product operations and reprocessing requirements.
  • Develop tactics to drive adoption and recognition of Fujifilm technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of work experience in product management or product marketing.
  • 3 years of medical device experience, preferably in GI/Flexible endoscopy.
  • Results-oriented with strong goal identification and issue resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in analyzing sales and marketing data and preparing reports.
  • Effective presentation skills to internal and external customers.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with clinical evaluations and product development processes.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the medical device industry.
