About the position

The position at FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is a strategic role responsible for managing the single-use device portfolio, focusing on both upstream and downstream activities. The role requires collaboration across various internal and external stakeholders to execute company initiatives and manage product commercialization. The individual will contribute to the evolution of the organization by supporting strategic plans, market assessments, and building relationships with key opinion leaders and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of Fujifilm's device portfolios, collaborating with various stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Support and drive 3-5 year strategic plans for the single-use endoscopy device portfolio.
  • Lead market assessment, commercialization, and product life cycle activities including strategic assessment, competitive landscape analysis, and product launch.
  • Support downstream initiatives such as product launch and demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and support new product development.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support clinical demos and develop tactical plans for commercial success.
  • Provide clinical, technical, and market knowledge in the product franchise.
  • Engage in future pipeline discussions with product management, R&D, and marketing personnel.
  • Assist in managing trade show participation and execution of events.
  • Provide technical assistance to healthcare professionals and internal staff regarding product functionality and clinical benefits.
  • Support training on product operations and reprocessing requirements.
  • Develop tactics to drive adoption and recognition of Fujifilm technology benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of work experience in product management/product marketing.
  • 3 years of medical device experience, preferably in GI/Flexible endoscopy.
  • Highly focused and results-oriented with the ability to identify goals and resolve issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales and marketing data and prepare detailed reports.
  • Effective presentation skills to internal and external customers.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
