About the position

The Product Manager for Endoscopic Devices at FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is a strategic role responsible for managing the single-use device portfolio. This position involves both upstream and downstream activities, requiring collaboration across various internal teams and external stakeholders to execute product commercialization initiatives. The role aims to enhance market share and adoption of Fujifilm's products through strategic planning, market assessment, and relationship building with key opinion leaders and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of Fujifilm's device portfolios, collaborating with various stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Support and drive 3-5 year strategic plans for the single-use endoscopy device portfolio.
  • Lead market assessment, commercialization, and activities throughout the product life cycle.
  • Support downstream initiatives such as product launch and demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the marketplace.
  • Partner with global marketing to identify KOLs for new product development feedback.
  • Support the sales team with clinical demos and tactical plans for commercial success.
  • Provide clinical, technical, and market knowledge in the product franchise.
  • Collaborate with global marketing and R&D to share best practices.
  • Assist in managing trade show participation and execution.
  • Provide technical assistance to healthcare professionals and internal staff.
  • Support training on product operations and reprocessing requirements.
  • Lead the evaluation of new products and manage site selection processes.
  • Develop tactics to drive adoption and recognition of Fujifilm technology benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of work experience in product management or product marketing.
  • 3 years of medical device experience, preferably in GI/Flexible endoscopy.
  • Highly focused and results-oriented with the ability to identify goals and resolve issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales and marketing data and prepare detailed reports.
  • Effective presentation skills to internal and external customers.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
