About the position

The position at FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is focused on managing the single-use device portfolio, encompassing both upstream and downstream activities. This strategic role requires collaboration across various internal departments and external stakeholders to execute company initiatives and oversee product commercialization. The individual will contribute to the evolution of the organization by supporting the development and adoption of new products and business methods.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of Fujifilm's device portfolios, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support and drive 3-5 year strategic plans for the single-use endoscopy device portfolio.
  • Lead market assessment, commercialization, and product life cycle activities including strategic assessment, competitive landscape analysis, and product launch.
  • Support downstream initiatives such as product launch and demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and support new product development.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to drive adoption and commercial success through clinical demos and tactical plans.
  • Provide clinical, technical, and market knowledge in the product franchise.
  • Engage in future pipeline discussions with product management, R&D, and marketing personnel.
  • Assist in managing trade show participation and execution of events.
  • Provide technical assistance to healthcare professionals and internal staff regarding product functionality and clinical benefits.
  • Support training on product operations and reprocessing requirements.
  • Lead the evaluation of new products and manage the site selection process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of work experience in product management or product marketing.
  • 3 years of medical device experience, preferably in GI/Flexible endoscopy.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to identify goals and resolve issues early.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales and marketing data and prepare detailed reports.
  • Effective presentation skills for internal and external customers.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
