About the position

The Product Manager for Endoscopic Devices at FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is responsible for managing the single-use device portfolio, focusing on both upstream and downstream activities. This strategic role involves cross-functional collaboration within the organization and with external stakeholders to execute company initiatives and manage product commercialization. The position requires a strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to drive strategic plans for product adoption and market share growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of Fujifilm's device portfolios, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support and drive 3-5 year strategic plans for the single-use endoscopy device portfolio.
  • Lead market assessment, commercialization, and product life cycle activities including evaluation, launch, and retirement.
  • Support downstream initiatives such as product launches and demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and support new product development.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive adoption and commercial success through clinical demos and tactical plans.
  • Provide clinical, technical, and market knowledge in the product franchise.
  • Engage in future pipeline discussions with product management, R&D, and marketing teams.
  • Assist in managing trade show participation and execution of events.
  • Provide technical assistance to healthcare professionals and internal staff regarding product functionality and clinical benefits.
  • Support training on product operations and reprocessing requirements.
  • Develop tactics to promote the clinical and economic benefits of Fujifilm technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of work experience in product management or product marketing.
  • 3 years of medical device experience, preferably in GI/Flexible endoscopy.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to identify goals and resolve issues early.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams, influencing without authority.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales and marketing data and prepare detailed reports.
  • Effective presentation skills for internal and external audiences.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
