About the position

The Product Manager for Enterprise Data Analytics at BICP is responsible for driving the delivery of advanced analytics data products for large enterprise customers, specifically in the Fashion & Apparel sector. This role involves collaborating with technology and business partners to create compelling data products and reporting that provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have experience in data product creation, visualization, and reporting, and will lead the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and delivery of new data analytics products in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Partner with business leaders and analysts to identify opportunities in current systems and processes.
• Write robust requirements and prioritize the backlog for engineering teams.
• Develop and manage project plans and stakeholder engagement strategies for all initiatives.
• Build relationships with key business partners and articulate product needs clearly to different audiences.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of industry trends to improve processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Identify, measure, and interpret results to validate product strategy and resolve strategic opportunities.
• Oversee a portfolio of allocation apps and services, leading teams in maintenance and initiatives for these apps.

Requirements

• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing platforms, APIs, and complex customer capabilities.
• Experience working with large software engineering teams both within and outside of your domain.
• Demonstrated technical acumen and ability to influence technical team members.
• Ability to assess complex situations and analyze data for informed decision-making.
• Understanding of concepts and procedures specific to the data analytics domain.
