About the position

As Gauntlet's Product Manager for the Aera App, you will be responsible for designing, prototyping, and specifying digital solutions that address complex challenges in DeFi protocols. This role involves collaborating with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to create high-quality digital experiences while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to guide features from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds.
• Support product strategy development, roadmap planning, and product launches from ideation through execution.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of target customers and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
• Partner with design to ship usable and impactful features to the Aera App.
• Translate user needs into tangible features and financial strategies in collaboration with engineering.
• Manage relationships with customers and broader DAO communities.
• Drive a clear understanding of success via metrics.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in product management, design, or a related technical role.
• Experience shipping deeply technical software products in crypto or DeFi.
• Deep understanding of DeFi applications at a technical level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
• Proven track record of owning and developing a product domain strategy and roadmap.
• Good understanding of financial concepts.
