About the position

The Product Manager will be a founding member of the internal tools product team, responsible for simplifying IT asset procurement and management for internal teams. This role focuses on equipping operations, finance, and customer success with essential tools to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in deciding between building in-house solutions or investing in third-party products, with success measured by key operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the internal tools product team to develop and enhance applications for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer success teams to identify their needs and provide effective solutions.
• Analyze operational metrics such as SLA attainment and escalation rates to measure success and drive improvements.
• Decide on building in-house solutions versus investing in third-party products to optimize service offerings.
• Guide and inspire teams to achieve common goals and drive product growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager.
• Strong track record of managing B2B applications from initial stages to significant growth phases.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and turn it into actionable data using research, intuition, and empathy.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in early-stage startups, focusing on Product-Market Fit.
